An Osmanthus tea Saison made in Collaboration with our friends at Monnik Brewing in Louisville KY. Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts and a touch of caramunich. Expect traditional pilsner malt notes with a touch of bread crust and honey. We then hopped this Saison with Old school American “noble” hops and new school German hops to provide notes of citrus and spice.
