Beer Description
After a 14 months residence in Don Benjo Tequila barrels, this wheat beer emerged with a mild alcoholic heat balanced by sticky agave notes. During barrel blending, we introduced lime juice and pink Himalayan salt, which resulted in a rue family reunion of limes and oranges. The citric acid offers a counter point to our normal lactic acid profile, while a touch of vanilla and drying tannin were infused from the oak. Pairs great with additional tequila… and tacos.
