A tart beer featuring the expression of indigenous bacteria and yeast captured outside on our porch. We brew Porch Beer with locally grown Pilsner malt and wheat with Arrowood grown and Aged organic Cascade hops. These elements combine to forma unique, refreshing beer that is 100% New York funk.
