Beer Description
The unblended version of our first bottle release. We held back a single unblended gin barrel that was selected for it’s aggressive botanics, smooth mango character and woodiness. The beer is a pils/wheat beer run through our coolship, fermented with two Brett strains, conditioned on Alphonso mangos imported from India and aged in a freshly emptied Tomcat gin barrel from Caledonia spirits in Vermont. It’s keg conditioned with wine yeast, and it packs a flavor wallop.
