Beer Description
As purveyors of generally soft and subtle beers, we were excited to let the Cellarmaker crew school us on how to build these intensely hoppy beers while still keeping them delicious and drinkable. Loaded with a ton of Mosaic in the kettle and dry hop, a hefty dose of Citra cryo and Simcoe cryo in the dry hop, and a ton of stone fruit notes from the yeast make this an absolute juice nuke
