Beer Description
This kellerbier is lightly hopped with German Hallertau Blanc to go with a clean malt backing of German Pilsner and light Cara to keep this clean and delicious.
Unlike most super uncreative breweries that decide to showcase a new hop or something for their anniversary, we decided to showcase brewing talent. We did this by brewing one of the most difficult beers in the world (a low alcohol German lager) and making it not only extremely complex, but exceptionally easy drinking. This kellerbier is lightly hopped with German Hallertau Blanc to go with a clean malt backing of German Pilsner and light Cara to keep this clean and delicious. This lager is truly worthy of such a special occasion.
