Beer Description
Whirlpooled with Cashmere, Citra and Galaxy hops, along with orange peel. NY raw wildflower honey and a second addition of orange peel was added during fermentation. Finally, the beer was dry hopped with Cashmere, Citra and Galaxy hops.
The Community of Scholars is a new exploration of Multi-oat/Wheat DIPA brewed in collaboration with our alter egos, Hudson Valley Brewery. Whirlpooled with Cashmere, Citra and Galaxy hops, along with a hefty addition of orange peel. NY raw wildflower honey and a second addition of orange peel was added during fermentation. Finally, the beer was dry hopped with Cashmere, Citra and Galaxy hops.
