Beer Description
Just Like the tobacco of Saint James Parish in Louisiana our pilsner is fermented under pressure to make it clean and crisp. We add rice which along with the pressure reduces ester production creating a true to style European style pilsner that is low to moderate in bitterness Bronze Medal at the 2019 Carolina Championship of Beers.
