Hazy West Coast style hopped w/ an unknown hop blend for “meaningfully higher levels of aroma-active thiols (tropical aromas) in the finished pallets”
This hazy West Coast pale ale is a singularly hopped with an unknown hop blend that was processed in an experimental fashion by Freestyle Farms in New Zealand. Freestyle has not revealed the hops in the blend but says the processing hopefully results in “meaningfully higher levels of aroma-active thiols (tropical aromas) in the finished pallets.”
