Beer Description
Jimbo spent 18 months in deep, dark exile at the Long Trail cellars; aging in Chardonnay barrels with a blend of wild yeast.
During that time-period, our popular IPA crossed the line and evolved into a monster of funk, with a range of tart, tempting flavors like orange peel, spice, oak and berries before it was exhumed from the barrels and dry-hopped with Kazbek, Styrian Dragon, and Lemondrop hops to add even more complexity to this 9.1% barrel-aged Imperial IPA.
