Beer Description
A yearly collaborative effort with ourselves, Side Project, and Perennial to benefit The Wildcat Sanctuary – a large cat rescue in Minnesota that takes in misfit and abandoned lions and tigers and the like. A blend of highly acidic wild ales blended from foedre stock, puncheon barrels, and an extra special vintage barrel from Side Project. [A previous iteration of Procats has been hanging out in there since 2017.] Vibrant, apricot like acidity and peach funk harmonize with a delectable notes of raspberry, key lime, Montmorency cherry, and black tea. [2019 FOBAB Silver Medalist]
