Beer Description
Blend of funky saison aged in Sangiovese puncheon with Rangpur limes for 8 months, one year old foedre aged wild ale finished in a Caledonia Spirits Tom Cat style gin barrel hand selected by Publican, and third wild ale aged in a FEW gin barrel for three years. Bright, sparkling citrus with a deep, herbal spiced nose, mild acidity, and red wine spritz like notes of black cherry and dried cranberry contributed by the Sangiovese puncheon bookended by lingering juniper and tannin from extended aging in gin barrels.
