Snowbird 2020 (red wax) is a blend of Brett-forward, coolshipped beers that was conditioned on a large amount of Vietnamese Dragonfruit and Ecuadorian Passionfruit, and then naturally bottle conditioned.
A portion of the beer was further conditioned on Mexican vanilla bean and toasted coconut.
