Beer Description
Whole cacao and local honey quadruple IPA. Brewed with malted oats, rye, and wheat, a dose of sorghum, and local wildflower honey. Refermented/conditioned atop cacao pods, fruit juice and then conditioned further on cacao nibs. Hopped and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and German Cascade.
