Beer Description
Frozen apples from the end of 2017 defrosted, oxidized and began to ferment while still hanging on trees. We gathered them up before snow settled too deep to access these delicacies. Come Spring of 2018, we took to the fields and harvested golden crowns of dandelion and robust stalks of rhubarb enough to steep in a barrel of aging cider. This slightly sparkling cider brings a rich, soft mouthfeel with a punch of tart acidity.
