Highland Park collab. We feature those lots of Citra, but also Amarillo & Cascade hops solely from Loza Farms.
This brew is a Collaboration with our friends at Highland Park Brewery and an ode to Loza Farms. During hop selection both breweries independently choose two lots of Citra from this farm, blindly. We feature those lots of Citra, but also Amarillo & Cascade hops solely from Loza Farms. Leon Loza Sr is the owner of Loza Farms in Wapato. He is believed to be the only Hispanic commercial hop farmer in the United States. He worked super hard from a young age to build his legacy. Most everyone who works there is part of his family. Their love shows in the superb quality of their hops. Thank you Loza farms for dobis’ing with us.
