When we brewed this IPA with @BarrierBrewing, it was nothing but business. Starting with the purely professional grist bill of 2-row & pilsner malt + oats and wheat. The model-of-efficiency American Ale yeast fermentation and hopped with industry innovators Mosaic & Motueka plus a touch of Bravo. Dank pineapple aroma with balanced juicy sweet and bitter finish.
