Beer Description
Bees in the Trappe is an 8% ABV Bière de Miel brewed with wildflower honey from Tremblay Apiaries in Van Etten, NY. We used the Westvleteren/Westmalle trappist yeast strain with a very simple grist (Weyermann pilsner malt and a touch of wheat), to get a strong, complex beer that’s dry and refreshing on the palate.
