Beer Description
A great German Dunkleweiss that was brewed specially for our friends at Creative Loafing. We’ve brewed a batch specially for CL’s Science of Beer fest. Technically speaking, this is an American adaptation of a Bavarian Dunkleweiss, since we fermented with ale yeast at cold temperatures. Smooth, balanced, and complex.
