Beer Description
We teamed up with @tiredhandsbrewing we set out to make an amber lager that we would give a good long time in the tank lagering. Enter COVID shutdown. This beer got a long time in the tank. Over 8 weeks cold. Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt and whole array of dark malts including Munich, C-60, Amber and Aromatic. Fermented with southern German bottom fermenting yeast, at a slightly warmer temperature than our usual lager profile. Hopped in the kettle with Strisslespalt, do the knowledge.
