Beer Description
Shed the short pants and get to the chillen. Base of organic Pilsner, German Vienna and PA yellow and blue corn, some Hersbrucker and Saaz hops and a North American lager strain. Smells like sweet corn grits and honey. Crisp, dry, orange blossom sweetness & toasty brioche crust in the middle with just a dab of bitterness on the finish. Tastes like summer biscuits and begs for a lime.
