Beer Description
Clean, bright pineapple & lemon on the nose, a touch of grassy spice, balanced acidity and the lightest hint of brettanomyces funk. Spritzy carbonation. Bone dry finish. Delicate yet flavorful. Aged 8 months in French oak with a farmhouse blend of wild yeasts, then conditioned on pineapple sage (#newfavoriteherb) and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc, before being package conditioned.
