Over the last couple years we have been (I)n (S)earch (O)f the best Nelson Sauvin hops we could find. Thanks to Hop Revolution, a new farm in New Zealand, this Hazy DIPA is packed w/ tropical flavors of pineapple & candied papaya.
Over the last couple years we have been (I)n (S)earch (O)f the best Nelson Sauvin hops we cold find. Hopefully that search is over because we just used the best Nelson hops we have ever used at our brewery. Thanks to Hop Revolution, a new farm in New Zealand, this Hazy DIPA is packed with tropical flavors of pineapple and candied papaya. It’s going to be a tough time topping this Nelson beer, we can only hope to recreate it.
