Beer Description
Laid away in Hunter S. Thompson’s perennial darling Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon barrels, this year’s Barrel Aged DinoS’mores presents like a dark bayou night. Rich and sultry with a deep, almost foreboding sense of claustrophobic warmth. A slow staccato Neil Young riff growing and intertwining to a snarling, voracious crescendo of raucous bourbon, seductive brownie batter malts, and the sort of impossibly silky body that can only be created from extended aging slowly coaxing intensely caramelized wood sugars from the charred oak.
