Beer Description
For this series we match an Imperial Stout w/ a single origin coffee roasted by San Diego’s Mostra Coffee. Very rare Jamaican Blue Mountain beans from the Mavis Bank Farm impart a rich & complex cacao flavor & aroma addition that lasts on the palate
For the Cold Steeped Series we take an Imperial Stout and match it with a single origin coffee roasted by San Diego’s Mostra Coffee who was recently awarded the title of Top Micro Roaster in the World by Roast Magazine. For this iteration of Cold Steeped we brought in some very rare Jamaican Blue Mountain beans from the Mavis Bank Farm in Jamaica. These beans gave the beer a rich and complex cacao flavor and aroma addition that lasts on the palate.
