Saison du Blé is the harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a tart, Missouri Saison. The Wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This Saison was aged in oak for several months before being naturally keg conditioned.
