Beer Description
Clavis Jupiter is a special blend consisting of 50% oak aged spontaneously fermented ale (between 1 and 2 years of age), 25% sour ale % 25% spontaneously fermented kombucha. Black, green, white tea are added to the coolship while the kombucha sits overnight. The blend is then matured on freshly picked blueberries and steam extracted black raspberry juice from Evergreen Berry Farm in Watertown CT.
