Beer Description
Smoked Dark Saison.
Deer, in European folklore, are said to symbolize the gentle, enticing lure of new adventures. Brewed with pilsner, spelt, oat, special dark, and a few Nordic smoked malts from Sugar Creek Malt for some added warmth and complexity. Hopped with Hallertau Magnum, and Hersbrucker for a subtle hint of orange blossom. Fermented with Wallonian farmhouse yeast strain that produces funky, smoky phenolics, with a touch of tartness on the finish. Enjoy the adventure!
