Beer Description
SITIVA is built on a base of all New Jersey-grown pale malt and oats, crashed to 160 before a Citra hit in the whirlpool. We fermented SITIVA with a co-pitch of NEIPA go-to London III and Brettanomyces anamola before a big beautiful dry hop with dank new SITIVA hops. After several weeks conditioning in the kegs, SITIVA pushes waves of Juicyfruit gum, pineapple, a medley of stone fruits, and a hint of spring flowers layered over a light lingering funk.
