Beer Description
We’ve been blessed to have some of our long-time friends from Cellarmaker come through to make a deliciously dank and tropical West Coast IPA. A combination of goopy Citra hop oil and Strata hops on the hotside lay a pungent foundation. We dry hop it with more Strata and some Riwaka bringing a big punch of passionfruit, green grapes, pineapple, and tangerine. Xtra pale in color, clear, crisp, and popping hard with aromatics.
