Beer Description
Citrango is OEC hoppy tropical lager brewed using a traditional double decoction mash and hopped with Americana Citra hops. After the boil, it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. Citrango undergoes a cool fermentation using a German lager yeast. It is cellared for several months and finally dry hopped prior to release.
