Monochromia is a Witbier with Indian Coriander and Oranges, brewed with a pretty classic Witbier grist of Pilsner malt, tons of raw wheat, and a touch of flaked oats.
Monochromia is a Witbier with Indian Coriander and Oranges, brewed with a pretty classic Witbier grist of Pilsner malt, tons of raw wheat, and a touch of flaked oats. Hopped with Hersbrucker and Pacific Jade, spiced with Indian Coriander and whole oranges, and fermented with a classic Witbier yeast. A huge nod to the God, Allagash White, for being such a staple in a lot of our lives for so long!
