Beer Description
Our IPA is all about balance. American 2-row, Maris Otter, and Special B provide a malty counterpoint to Summit, Columbus, Cascade and Saphir hops.
The original India Pale Ales played a legendary role in British colonialism, exploiting the preservative qualities of hops by using lots of them. An IBU arms race seems to have broken out among modern IPAs, but we refuse to participate. Our IPA is all about balance. American 2-row, Maris Otter, and Special B provide a malty counterpoint to Summit, Columbus, Cascade and Saphir hops.
