  • Hi-Fi Drop It Like It's Hop

    IPA · 5.5% ABV

Citrusy and dank, with huge hop flavor from Simcoe, Citra, and Cascade hops.
  • Hi-Fi Peanut Butter Wolf

    Brown Ale · 6.4% ABV

Our peanut butter brown ale features peanuts up front in the aroma, and the flavor brings a little graham cracker and just a faint hint of chocolate to the party. This isn’t one of those sweet, syrupy “peanut butter cup” dessert beers.
  • Hi-Fi Comrade Warmer

Russian Imperial Stout · 7.4% ABV

Our take on the classic Russian Imperial Stout. With a bit of coffee aroma up front, Comrade Warmer’s full-bodied cocoa and licorice flavor fades to a gentle alcohol warmth on the finish.
  • Hi-Fi Calling All Nations

    IPA · 7.1% ABV

Chinook is the featured dry hop in this edition of our ongoing series of one-off IPAs. Centennial, Bravo, and Cascade play supporting roles.
  • Hi-Fi Da Newbie

    Vienna Lager · 5.0% ABV

This Vienna Lager is stacked with melanoidin-rich Munich and Vienna malts. Use American Sterling hops, which provide a bit of spiciness.
  • Hi-Fi Diablo in Disguise

Belgian Strong Ale · 7.9% ABV

We host the annual X-BREW home brewing competition, and one of the many perks for us is that we get to pick one of the entries to “go pro...
  • Hi-Fi English Pale Ale

    ESB · 6.1% ABV

A notch below IPA in bitterness and lets the malt do a little more of the talking. A blend of several caramel malts provides a slightly sweet malt flavor, and Fuggle hops give it just enough bitterness to keep you awake.
  • Hi-Fi Extra Mild

    English Mild · 4.2% ABV

Our own take on the classic English Mild, this beer is low in bitterness, full bodied, and packed with flavor. Malted oats give it a very light earthy aroma. Magnum hops provide just a touch of clean bitterness.
  • Hi-Fi India Pale Ale

    IPA · 6.3% ABV

Our IPA is all about balance. American 2-row, Maris Otter, and Special B provide a malty counterpoint to Summit, Columbus, Cascade and Saphir hops.
  • Hi-Fi Kaffe

    Kolsch · 4.6% ABV

To celebrate the return of our Kölsch, we pulled some aside and "dry beaned" it with coffee (Kaffee to our German friends) from the Pioneer Coffee Roasting Company.
  • Hi-Fi Last Call

    IPA · 6.8% ABV

The final beer in our series of “call”-themed IPAs. This one features Centennial and Cascade hops for flavor, and is dry hopped with a combination of Fuggle, Centennial, and Cascade.
  • Hi-Fi Mai Sharona

    Maibock · 6.0% ABV

This style traditionally served as a bridge between the dark, malty, strong beers of the winter and the pale, light, crisp beers of the summer. Mai Sharona has a bit of hop character, but is still nothing near what you would call “bitter.”
  • Hi-Fi On the Metro Vol. 1: Blueberry Berliner Weisse

    Berliner Weisse · 3.4% ABV

is the first in a series of Berliner Weisse-style tart beers we plan to release...
  • Hi-Fi Pils

    Pilsner · 5.2% ABV

A crisp German-style Pilsner with US hops (Vanguard and Mt. Hood). The perfect beer for that Seattle summer we all know is coming any day now.
  • Hi-Fi Porter

    Porter · 5.1% ABV

Our Porter has a smooth, approachable flavor that proves dark beers can be enjoyed by all. Carafa II provides the roasty, almost coffee-like flavor, while a variety of caramel malts contribute sweetness. This ale uses Summit and Sterling
  • Hi-Fi Pump Up The Volume

    Spiced Beer · 6.8% ABV

A blast of pumpkin pie aroma introduces you to this full-bodied and fairly malty beer. We brew it with fresh Washington pumpkin and add cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, and vanilla after fermentation. It finishes with a very subtle warmth.
  • Hi-Fi Sitar

    IPA · 6.3% ABV

New & improved Sitar has been reformulated, and we think it's better than ever! It's citrusy and light, with huge hop flavor from Simcoe, Equinox, and Cascade hops. A bit less malty than the old version, with a nice clean bitterness in the finish.
  • Hi-Fi Thai-Fi

American Pale Ale · 4.4% ABV

For this pale ale brewed with Thai basil, we took a page from the recipe book of local home brewer Mark Griffin. With basil and citrusy hops front and center in both aroma and flavor, this beer makes a great pairing with Italian or Thai food.
  • Hi-Fi Tweeter

    Pilsner · 4.8% ABV

A crisp German-style Pilsner with US hops (Vanguard and Mt. Hood). Formerly known as just “Pils,” this beer has been in such demand that we’ve decided to make it a regular fixture in the lineup.
  • Hi-Fi Van Hagar

    Session IPA · 4.0% ABV

The light lemony touch of Sorachi Ace hops twinkles on top of the woody spice of Liberty and Crystal. Pale malt, oats, and wheat work together to keep the malt flavor light without letting the body get too thin.
  • Hi-Fi Vienna Lager

    Vienna Lager · 4.3% ABV

A complex malty aroma greets you, courtesy of melanoidin-rich Munich and Vienna malts. Our version of this traditional German beer uses American Sterling hops, which provide a bit of spiciness and not too much bitterness.
  • Hi-Fi Voodoo Chai

    Brown Ale · 4.5% ABV

This chai-spiced brown ale is a little sweet and features a big bunch of chai spices in the nose. Great beer for watching the rain fall outside.
  • Hi-Fi Woofer

    Porter · 6.8% ABV

Hints of caramel and a roasty character accent this full-bodied beer. Our porter has a smooth, approachable flavor that proves dark beers can be enjoyed by all. Carafa II provides the roasty, almost coffee-like flavor
