Beer Description
We recently came across an opportunity to purchase some Nelson hops and we figured the only thing to do was to throw all of it into one beer. This Hazy IPA was brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops and fermented with an expressive English yeast. There is a heavy tropical aroma and taste from the hop combo plus a pillowy soft mouthfeel created by the London III yeast strain.
