Beer Description
A small batch blend of our collaborative American Wild Ale taken from its resident Barolo foedre and double barrel aged in a handful of four year Willett bourbon barrels. Its additional time spent in finishing barrels adds top notes of white oak, bourbon kissed oatmeal cookies, yellow peach, and mellow, burnt sugar sweetness to the papaya, black cherry, and nectarine/lime like acidity of the foedre fermented wild ale. A dash of dapper Kentucky bravado on top of an already fantastically complex beer.
