Beer Description
Gathering Stone Fruit features a melange of local, peak ripe stone fruits—apricots & nectarines from Bittner Singer Orchards in Appleton, NY, and plums from Mead Orchards in Tivoli, NY. These fruits underwent a carbonic maceration and spontaneous autofermentation before blending and secondary fermentation in some of our finest barrels of aged sour beer.
