Next up in the Prism series are 2 American grown varietals that aren’t classic with the style of Saison. Brewed with the same small but sturdy malt bill, and complemented with aromas of strawberry, bubblegum, all wrapped up with a kiss of bitterness at the finish. Drinking this beer reminds us of braiding sticks of Juicy Fruit and Fruit Stripes, those little strawberry candies your grandma had on her coffee table, and that time I saw War on Drugs in a cafeteria at SLU in 2011.
