This extraordinary dry apple Cider (Cidre Bouche’ Extra-brut) is expertly crafted from Romilly Estate apples and champagne yeasts. Eight varieties of rare, French heritage apples are artfully combined to produce a Cidre that is refreshing and delicious.
Champagne yeasts and bottle aging lend elegance, depth, and playful sparkle. Though dry, the bouquet entices with notes of flowering apple tress and rich Earth. The taste is pleasantly acidic but retains structure, complexity, and flavours of bittersweet and bitter-tart apples. Refreshing and versatile.
