Beer Description
This farmhouse saison is a collab with Albright Grove Brewing Co. and features malt from Riverbend Malt House. A delicate grist of Pilsen and wheat malt allows the Liberty and Huell Melon hops to impart spicy and floral notes. A classic saison yeast boosts flavors of honey, hay, pepper and bubblegum. This beer is package conditioned, giving it an excellent mouthfeel and helping retain a depth of character. Reminds us of Alanis morisette rocking the Kiel center in ‘99, or whatever TEEBS would say.
