Beer Description
In order to make some wild cider, you gotta shake a few trees. The Shake embodies all the best Vermont has to offer. Made with a blend of wild foraged apples and local orchard apples which were pressed and aged in WhistlePig Whiskey barrels. Then we added just a bit of maple syrup for balance…because well, Vermont.
Tasting Notes: Floral and slightly smoky with notes of maple syrup dripped over a mossy stone.
