Beer Description
High Tripper is a mashup of our beers High Road and Death Tripper. A Double Galaxy IPA brewed with malted spelt and oats, and a touch of light caramel malt. Hopped with more than enough Galaxy (two times as much even!) along with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial. Notes of Satsuma mandarin, fir needles, clover honey, lime balm, and unripe pineapple
