We’re calling this stout “double chocolate” because there is copious amounts of English Maris Otter pale malt, Caramel 110Lv malt, lots of Chocolate and black malt in tandem with 40 pounds of organic Tcho cocoa nibs. The oatmeal brings a nice nutty note
We’re calling this stout “double chocolate” because there is copious amounts of English Maris Otter pale malt, Caramel 110Lv malt, lots of Chocolate and black malt in tandem with 40 pounds of organic Tcho cocoa nibs. The oatmeal brings a nice nutty note to the brew, and adds notable body for this silky smooth stout. Finished with Willamette hops.
