We're calling this stout "double chocolate" because there is copious amounts of English Maris Otter pale malt, Caramel 110Lv malt, lots of Chocolate and black malt in tandem with 40 pounds of organic Tcho cocoa nibs. The oatmeal brings a nice nutty note
Brewed in the UK tradition of an India Pale Ale. Medium bitterness balanced by a smooth malt profile. Hopped with five different hops during the boil and dry hopped during secondary fermentation.
