Beer Description
This little babe is super crushable. A dreamy little oat & pilsner mash w/ a touch of sugar in the boil. Hopped w/ michigan’s very own “noble” hop – Wild Wolf – which comes off super grassy w/ a touch of lemon zest. Fermented w/ our house lager kveik yeast then lagered for a couple two, treee moons for a classic cream ale profile. Upstate new york would be proud!
