Beer Description
A DDH sour ale brewed with a mix of Golden Promise malt, flaked oats, unmalted wheat, and carapils to create a full bodied, sweet base in the mash. We then whirlpool with 100% Phantasm! This Sauvignon Blanc grape derived product allows yeast to produce much higher concentrations of super tropical flavors. Our house yeast then ferments hot and sours to create an almost white wine like acidity. After fully fermented, we hit Wonky with our “heavy fertilizer” treatment including Riwaka, Nelson, Strata, and a small dose of Cryo Citra. The finished product is a sweet and sour array of sherbet, pomello gummies, over-ripe guava, and white vinifera must.
