Each year, we brew a special Anniversary Lager and this year is no different! To celebrate 8 years and many, many, many pints later, we’re kicking back with this Mexican Lager brewed with Malted Oaxacan Green Corn from Sugar Creek Malt Co.! No, the beer isn’t green, but this malted heirloom variety of corn adds a unique sweetness and flavor to our first version of a Mexican Lager.
