Beer Description
Our full-bodied and bright hazy India Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Malt, Flaked Oats, Unmalted wheat, and a dash of Dark Munich Malt for a sunflower seed and soft wildflower honey-like base. Enigma and Ekuanot super-critical extract in the whirlpool offer smashed papaya, pinot gris, and glacĂ©ed orange flavor. Then, after our house yeast works it’s magic, we “heavily fertilized” it with even more Cryo Ekuanot and all the Citra that we could possibly find to create aromas of tropical pineapple, juniper berry, and more snappy citrus zest to pair along with the whirlpool’s sunny flavors. The end result is a lustrously hoppy and juicy all day drinker.
