Beer Description
Mistral is a dry hopped pilsner brewed with authentic Czech pilsner malt using a traditional decoction mash. During the Boil it is hopped using French Mistral & Strissel Spalt. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. It undergoes a cool open fermentation for 9 days using a classic pilsner yeast. finally, it is dry hopped using French mistral prior to packaging.
