Beer Description
For this Dark Lager, OEC started with a rich, traditional malt base of European Munich, Cara Munich, chocolate, and rye. Then they hopped it with German Tettnang and Spalt Select Hops and rested it in their coolship before open fermentation.
Lightly toasted bread nuances swirl with soft rye spice and a kiss of cocoa on every refreshing sip. Delicate caramel wafts through golden grain before a clean, crisp, dry finish.
